I am a Law graduate from University of Trento (JD) and University of Glasgow (LL.M.), currently enrolled as PhD Student at Bocconi University - Business & Social Law Curriculum.

 

My research interests regard corporate matters and, in particular, the developments of climate-change litigation in the corporate sector (specifically the uprise of lawsuits and claims filed against corporations by NGOs and other stakeholders-representing entities).

 

I am also a lawyer qualified in Italy.
